Long Title Agency, LLC, was born out of Long Realty Company's commitment to becoming Southern Arizona's single source for all services and products needed to complete the homeownership life cycle. Since the title examination process and the acquisition of title insurance is an integral part of buying or selling a home, establishing an in-house title agency was a natural step in fulfilling that commitment.

Under the able leadership of President, Denton See, a highly qualified staff of experienced title officers, examiners and other skilled employees was assembled. State of the art equipment was purchased and office space built out. An underwriting relationship with Old Republic Title Insurance, a top title insurer, was secured and Long Title Agency opened its doors for business in September of 2000, providing title services to Long Realty customers in Tucson, and excellent escrow services through Title Security Agency, Lawyers Title and Premier Title.

In the first sixteen months of business, we expanded the delivery of our title services to Long customers in Green Valley and in Sierra Vista (Cochise County). As a result of this expansion, we now underwrite with four of the nation's leading title insurance companies, Commonwealth, Lawyers and Old Republic. All rated A or A+ for financial stability, net worth and claims paying ability by top corporate monitors like Standard and Poor's.

During the same period, we performed over 5,000 title examinations, providing the timely and thorough preliminary title reports to over 10,000 buyers and sellers, and issuing the most comprehensive title insurance policies available for the properties involved.
